2011 Shamrock Festival, Washington, DC
March 12, 2011 - Shamrock Fest is an annual St. Patrick's Day event held in the parking lot outside RFK Stadium in Washington, DC. The 2011 festival featured over 50 performers (including Celtic inspired bands, DJ's, Irish dancers, Pipes and Drums, etc.) on 9 different stages throughout the day, plenty of food and beer, and was headlined by the Dropkick Murphy's. Crowd estimates were upwards of 40,000 people!
